I don't know who I am.
Am I the naive newborn,
dropped head first into chaos
and tasked to learn some unknown
lesson? A journey that will take
a lifetime(s), each birth another
question on an endless quiz?
I don't know where I am.
Each universe a fragment of our soul
passing through the menbrane of time,
time coalescing into different suns
until we come together in a blaze of light.
Am I merely another seeker of the ultimate?
Then I will reach my hands through corporeal
tissue, tearing out the fragile soul; grow
it in a petri dish, flung far into parallax view
And maybe then I'll find the answers.
